Founder price $2,999 flat - first three client projects

Turn the traffic you already have
into booked calls.

A landing page designed around one job: making the right visitor pick up the phone. Custom-designed, custom-built, delivered in 7 days - and good enough that your competitors will ask who built it.

Five specific findings on your current site, back within two business days. No obligation - yours to keep even if you never hire us.

Delivery 7 days
Founder price $2,999
Revisions Two full rounds

Many small business sites are
embarrassing. Yours won't be.

Most of your leads look you up before they call. A site that loads slowly, reads generically, or hides the next step quietly loses them. We build the kind of site that makes the referral follow through - and makes the prospect assume you charge twice what you do.

01 / Design

Designed for your business - not a template marketplace.

Every site is hand-designed to your brand, your tone, your customer. No drag-and-drop blocks, no recycled themes, no templates pretending to be premium.

7

Days from kickoff to launch.

Once we have your materials, your site goes live in a week. No three-month sagas. No "we'll get to it next quarter."

02 / Speed

Fast like it should be.

Lean output. No bloated builders or plugins. Your site loads fast on every device - that's what Google ranks and what visitors feel.

03 / Mobile

Built mobile-first, then up.

Most of your visitors will arrive on a phone. Your site will look like a flagship product on every screen size.

04 / SEO

SEO foundations baked in.

Schema markup, semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals, OG meta. The plumbing Google cares about - done right.

05 / Pricing

One number. $2,999. No surprise invoices.

You see the price before you ask. You pay it once. There's no "starts at." There's no add-on theater. The site, the deployment, the source code, 7 days of support - included.

06 / Ownership

Yours outright, once it's paid for.

On final payment we assign you ownership of everything built for you - design, code, content - and move the repo and deployment into your accounts. We keep only our own pre-existing tooling and the open-source pieces that come with their own licences. No subscriptions, no lock-in, nothing we can switch off. (Terms: §7 of the agreement.)

From "let's do this"
to launch in seven days.

No drawn-out discovery phases. No 47-page strategy decks. We move fast because we know what we're doing - and you have a business to run.

Step 01

Brief & brand

30-minute call. We learn your business, your customer, your goal. You send copy, photos, and brand bits.

Day 1
Step 02

Design draft

You see a real working draft, not a static mockup. Fully clickable. Live URL.

Day 3
Step 03

Refine

Two rounds of revisions. Copy, color, layout, anything. We iterate until it's exactly right.

Days 4–6
Step 04

Launch

You approve, the balance is settled, and the site goes live on your domain - ownership assigned, repo and deployment moved into your accounts. 30-day bug warranty + 7 days of free tweaks included.

Day 7

Recent work.

Two live builds, labeled honestly - what each one is, and what it isn't. New work added as it ships, with real numbers once they exist.

Live · Community project (non-commercial)

RoboFree.org - A community choosing humanity over screens.

An organic, editorial site for a movement. Warm typography, slow elegant motion, considered photography that pulls you in. Built and launched in under a week.

What this is and isn't: RoboFree is a volunteer community project, not a paid client engagement, so there's no revenue figure attached to it. We show it as proof of craft and delivery speed - not as a commercial result.

Editorial Community Single page Custom typography

Live · Pro bono · Artist portfolio & enquiry site

Lily Delizia - Original artwork, built to turn browsing into enquiries.

A twelve-page portfolio for a contemporary artist selling one-of-a-kind pieces. The catalogue splits into four bodies of work - textile art, canvas and woodboard, wall pieces, embroidery - and every single piece carries its own Enquire action, so interest converts at the moment it happens rather than at a contact page three clicks away. No cart, no checkout: the work is one-of-a-kind and sells by conversation.

What this is and isn't: built pro bono - Lily didn't pay for it, so it is not a client engagement and no fee, contract, or commercial outcome is attached. What it does show is a real problem solved for someone genuinely selling work: a catalogue that loads fast and an enquiry path on every piece. Craft and scope, not a paid result.

Straight talk: we're new.

No borrowed logos · No stock testimonials

World Class Sites opened in 2026. Both live builds on this page were unpaid - one a volunteer community project, one pro bono for an artist - and there are no published client case studies yet, because there are no finished client engagements yet. You're being asked to buy craft and process rather than a track record - so here is exactly how that risk is taken off your side of the table.

  • Milestone payments. 50% to start, 50% only after you approve the finished site.
  • You see it working on day 3. A live, clickable draft on a real URL - long before the balance is due.
  • On-time guarantee. If we miss the date and it's on us, $500 comes off the invoice.
  • 30-day bug warranty, plus 7 days of free tweaks - written into the service agreement, not just this page.
  • Your domain stays yours. It's registered in your name throughout; the build itself transfers to your accounts once the site is approved and paid for.
  • A free teardown first. We'll walk your current site and send specific fixes - yours to keep even if you never hire us.
What early clients get that later ones won't

With each client's written permission, we plan to publish the first three builds as case studies - traffic, inquiries, and booked calls measured at day 30 and reported openly. Permission is yours to withhold, and withholding it changes nothing about the work. Either way it means unusual attention on your project, and pricing that won't be repeated once there's a portfolio to point at.

Coming next.

We start with one thing done exceptionally well, then expand. Honest roadmap.

The human behind it

Hi, I'm Barak.
I built this on purpose.

Most "web design agencies" are either drag-and-drop hobbyists charging $500, or bloated firms charging $25,000 for a site you'll wait six months for. There's a missing middle: serious craft, fair price, fast turnaround.

I'm based in Israel and work with U.S. businesses remotely - calls between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM Eastern, replies within one business day, and invoices with the paperwork your bookkeeper needs.

These are founder prices, and they are honest about why: World Class Sites is new, and the first three client projects get them. $2,999 flat for a custom landing page, with full websites and local-business builds priced just as plainly - every number is on the pricing page. Fewer clients, more attention on each, and honest case studies to show for it. What the price becomes afterwards, I'll publish when I set it. If that sounds fair, let's talk.

Questions, answered.

The honest ones - including the ones you're probably thinking but haven't asked.

Seven days from the moment we have all your materials - copy, logo, photos, brand colors. If your materials take three weeks to gather, the site takes three weeks plus seven days. The 7-day promise is on us, not on you.
A fully custom-designed single-page website. Mobile-perfect. SEO foundations. Contact form. Analytics. Copy polish on whatever material you provide. Deployed live on your domain, with ownership and the repository transferred to you on final payment. Two full rounds of revisions. A 30-day bug warranty plus 7 days of free post-launch tweaks. A free Day-30 performance report. One flat fee, no upsells, no hidden line items. Need more than one page? See the Website and Local Business builds in pricing.
We build the foundations correctly: schema markup, semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals, proper meta tags, sitemap, robots.txt. That's the technical SEO floor - and most small business sites don't even clear it. Ranking also depends on content, backlinks, and time. We can't promise position #1 in a month; nobody honest can. But we set you up properly.
Sites are deployed on Vercel, and the project is transferred into your own Vercel account at handover. One running cost to budget for, stated plainly: Vercel's free Hobby plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial projects only, so a business site needs their paid Pro plan. You pay Vercel directly for that (around $20/month at the time of writing - check vercel.com for current pricing); we take no part of it and add nothing on top. You also own your domain, and we'll help you buy or migrate one if needed. Beyond those two, there are no monthly fees from us, no subscriptions, and no lock-in.
Two things keep covering you: the 30-day bug warranty means anything we built that breaks gets fixed free for a full month. Beyond that, small tweaks are billed hourly at a fair rate, or you can hand the repo to any developer you like - you own it, and the code is clean and well-commented. If you'd rather not think about it, our optional $199/mo Care Plan covers unlimited small edits, updates, and monitoring - cancel anytime, never required.
50% deposit on signing, 50% once you've approved the finished site - the balance is never due before you've seen and signed off on the work. Invoices are issued in U.S. dollars via PayPal. Where PayPal offers guest checkout in your country you can pay by card without opening a PayPal account; if it doesn't, you'll need a PayPal account. Every invoice is itemised and dated for your bookkeeping. If your accountant needs a specific form or format for a foreign vendor, ask before the deposit and we'll confirm what we can provide rather than promise blind.
You do, once the project is paid for. On final payment we assign you ownership of the work built specifically for you - the design, the code, the content - and transfer the repository and deployment into your own GitHub and Vercel accounts. Your domain is registered in your name from the start and never leaves it.

Two honest caveats. First, we keep our own pre-existing tooling and reusable components, and any open-source libraries stay under their own licences - you get a licence to use those as part of your site, not ownership of them. Second, before final payment the site lives on a private preview URL we control; the handover happens once the work is approved and settled. Full wording in Section 7 of the service agreement, which is published in advance so nothing here is a surprise.
World Class Sites is run by Barak Laniado from Israel, working with U.S. clients remotely. In practice: fit calls and project calls run 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday (later slots by arrangement), every message gets a reply within one business day, and the whole engagement happens over email, video calls, and a live preview URL you can watch update. Contracting and invoicing are straightforward - you're paying a foreign vendor, which most U.S. accountants handle routinely. If yours needs particular paperwork, raise it before the deposit and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't produce.
Fair question, and the honest answer is that we don't have a wall of client logos yet - the two live builds on this page were both unpaid - one a volunteer community project, one pro bono - and they are labelled that way rather than dressed up as client work. What we do instead: you see a real, clickable draft on day 3 before the balance is due; the deposit is the only money at risk; your domain stays registered in your name throughout; the on-time guarantee and 30-day warranty are in the signed agreement; and we'll do a free teardown of your current site before you commit anything. If any of that doesn't hold up, you'll know early and cheaply.

Start with a free teardown.

Send us your current site and we'll return five specific findings - what's costing you enquiries and how to fix it - within two business days. No obligation, no pitch deck, yours to keep even if you hire someone else.

Prefer to talk first? Request a 15-minute fit call → Takes you to the form with the call option already chosen. We reply with times; this doesn't reserve a slot.

Six fields. We cap teardowns at two per business day so each one is actually read by a human - if today's are taken, yours goes to the next day and we'll say so in the reply.

Required - it's what we tear down. No site yet? Put in a social profile or directory listing.
